Optimism has to be found out just the way shots have to be dug out from Yorkers in ‘death’ overs.  An accidental global experiment forced upon by an invisible virus left no other option than to duck at the unpredictable bouncers it has been throwing since last year. This has proved itself to be that bowler bowling at its ‘peak’ whose lethal overs are meant to be escaped by being defensive.  Hobson’s choice (a choice of taking what is available or nothing at all), otherwise it’s a “You Miss, I Hit” case. Especially when already enough have been ‘annihilated’ back to the pavilion. “How many deaths will it take ‘till we know that too many people have died?” Hospitals and crematoriums are reaching their maximum alongside the maximums being smashed onto stands and outa stadium...
